Terms & Conditions

Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

New Clients & Consultations
All new clients must select the New Client category when booking. A consultation is required before any treatments can begin. This can be booked as a consultation only, or as a consultation and Discovery Facial on the same day, allowing Leah to assess your skin and create the most suitable treatment plan.

Patch Testing
Certain treatments including brow lift, lash lift, tinting and lamination require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment. Patch tests can be booked free of charge via the online booking system. Failure to complete a patch test within the required timeframe will result in treatment being refused.

Booking Fees & Deposits
A 50% booking fee or deposit is required for all appointments including consultations and treatments. In some cases full payment may be required upfront depending on the treatment selected. Deposits are non-refundable. A valid debit or credit card must be placed on file at the time of booking and you agree to store your card details securely on the booking system for future appointments. MONZO or any other prepaid debit cards are not accepted and bookings made using these will be voided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If this notice period is given, your deposit may be transferred to an alternative date or refunded in full where applicable. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee or deposit will be lost. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to attend, this will be classed as a no-show and the full remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. If payment fails, a payment link will be issued and you are legally required to settle the outstanding balance due to agreeing to these terms at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to refill cancelled appointments so deposits can be transferred, this cannot be guaranteed.

No Shows & Late Cancellations
If you do not attend your appointment, the full remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. If a deposit has not been taken at the time of booking, it may be charged 14 days prior to your appointment. If payment is not received within agreed timeframes, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, although reasonable attempts will be made to contact you beforehand.

Health & Treatment Refusal
If you attend your appointment with any illness including but not limited to cough, cold, virus, infection or cold sore, you will be refused treatment and full charges will still apply.

Payments
We accept card, credit card, bank transfer (BACS) and cash payments for bookings made in person or by telephone. MONZO and any prepaid debit cards are not accepted.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended once expired. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Final Agreement
